This detached one-story commercial structure has a square plan with a triangular shaped flat roof over the front entrance. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and casement windows, as well as glass block windows in part. The bearing wall construction is finished in brick veneer and rests on a concrete foundation. The flat roofiis covered with built-up material and there is a concrete block addition to the rear.
