This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a gable hood supported by brackets over the raised front porch.
The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned
front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. The porch has a side approach.
The frame construction is finished in wood and rests on a raised cinder-
block foundation. The gable roof is covered with white asphalt shingles
and features one central chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular
to the street. Outbuildings include a shed.
