This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan wi th an encl osed porch under the mai n gab-1 e. The two-bay facade i s asymmetri ca and consists of an off-center front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. There is an awning over a row of windows on the front facade. The frame construction is finished in asbestos and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and features one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
