This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an enclosed front porch with a flat roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 9/1 double-hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding with wood bevel
on the top. It rests on a concrete foundation. The flat roof has one central
chimney.
