This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed corner porch under the main gable roof. The two-bay facad is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with six fixed windows and 6/6 and 4/4 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features dormers and flared eaves. There is one offset brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
