This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed open front porch corner under the main gable roof. The two bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed- and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame constrinished in asbestos and rests on a rubble stone foundation. Th :gab�leroofis covered with green asphalt shingles and features shed-roo and overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
