This detached double-family residence has an, L-shaped plan with a side flush
entry. The two-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of two side entrances
with fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in T-111
and rests on a low concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt
shingles and features two metal stovepipes. The axis of the main roof is
perpendicular to the street.
