This detached one-and-one-half=story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed roof on brackets over the side entrance, and a shed-roofed front extension of the house with a stoop at the entrance. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center entrance with fixed and double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and the foundation is of concrete. The gable-shed combination roof features dormers and a central brick chimney.
