This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
a gable-roofed enclosed front vestibule. The one-bay facade is symmetrical
and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by 9/1 double-
hung windows with awnings in front. The frame constructions—fi.n_is.hed
in aluminum siding and rests on a concrete foundation. T el6 gable roof~
covered with grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging e- There
is a central chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
