This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed corner porch in the front extension. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double=hung windows. There is a metal awning of the front fixed window. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with blue asphalt shingles and has a central metal stovepipe. Outbuildings include a garage.
