This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan. The one- bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with double-hung windows with a 3/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a low concrete foundation. The cross gabled roof is covered with grey green asbestos shingles and features one gabled dormer. There are overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. No chimneys are seen in this building. The outbuildings consists of a garage.
