This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
a front-facing gable extension enclosing the flush entrance to the bay.
The frame construciton is finished in hardboard siding and features
fixed windows with shutters. The gable roof is covered with asphalt
shingles and lies parallel to the street. There is an attached hipped-
roofed garage.
