This detached one-and-one-half civic structure (a help center) has a rectan- gular plan with an enclosed entryway with a flat roof. The two-bay facade has six fixed windows and 1/1 double-hung windows and a casement window. The frame construction is finished in weatherboard over the original novelty siding. It rests on a rubble stone foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey-pink asphalt shingles and features dormers and boxed eaves. There is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Additions are a solar unit and plastic roofing on the south. Outbuildings include a shed with a metal roof. 4 , HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
