This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a projecting shed-roofed porch which has three wood posts , a closed railing and decorative trellises. The single-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows with white shutters. The frame construction is finished in novelty siding and rests on a rubble foundation. The hipped roof is covered with grey-green asphalt shingles and features a gabled dormer with imbricated shingles. There, one—ceptral masonry'e i ey and one metal flue.
