Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed enclosed front porch with a gable eyebrow. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed, casement and double-hung windows with awnings. The frame constructio is finished in asbestos siding and split face colored block on the porch. The gableroof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features two central brick chimneys. The structure sits on a concrete foundation. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. A gable has been added to the porch when it was enclosed. Outbuildings include a garage.
