This detached two-story single-family residence has a square plan with a pro- jecting open front porch with wood railing and three round wood columns. The porch roof is hipped with a small gable over the steps. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed, 1/1 double-hung and casement windows. The basement has daylight windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a hipped dormer and finials in the front. There is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to--the—strget.
