This detached one-story warehouse has an ell-shaped plan. The- one-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of a side entrance (not visible)
and there are no windows. The steel frame cons tructio hed in
metal siding and rests on a concrete foundation. T e gable roof is
covered with grey-black=tan asphalt shingles and featu anging
eaves along the side. There is a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof
is perpendicular to the street.
