This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a brick planter along the front. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with casement
windows with shutters. The frame construction is f' weather
boarding and rests on a concrete foundation. Th able roof i covered
with red asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves. ere is
on etal s�vepipe in back. Outbuildings include a two-car garage with
a flat roof! The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
