This detached- one-story single - family residence has a square plan with an
enclosed front entry with a gable roof. The two-bay facade is symmetrical and
consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by double-hung 3/1
windows. The frame construction is finice—asbestos siding and vertical
wood board on the gable ends. ga�=oofovered with green shingles
