PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and,one-half story single-family residence has a square
plan with a projecting open front porch with three square wood columns and a
shed roof. There is a small open corner porch in the rear. The single-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance and
3/1 and 4/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is grey asbestos
shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with
green-brown asphalt shingles and features a hipped dormer which is an extension
of the roof line, and exposed rafters. There is one central brick chimney.
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Additions include the asbestos
shingles. Outbuildings include a garage with novelty siding.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic
district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic
Phase of 6ozemants historic/architectural development.
