This one-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a central roof
covering several different storefronts. The facade is asymmetrical and consists
of several entrances with aluminum storefront windows. The frame construction
is finished in masonite fascia with wood columns, and a stone veneer. The
structure rests on a concrete foundation and has a flat-, built-up roof. It
lies parallel to the street.
