This detached one-story single-family reisdence has a rectangular plan with an open front porch with a gable roof on supports. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with fixed .and casement windows with shutters. The frame construction is finished in 12" weatherboard with brick on either s ' of the front door and vertical cedar boards on the gable ends. T able ro is covered with red-grey asphalt shingles and features an offset rick exterior chimney.
