This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a gable roof over the front entrance. A garage is attached to the side.
The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance
with sidelights and fixed and 3/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction
is fini5hed in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The
/gable roo is covered with Phil ipine mahogany and asbestos siding. It rests
on a concrete foundation. There ate two exterior brick chimneys. The axis
of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
