This detached one-story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with an open front porch with a gable roof on supports. A garage is attached with a flat roof. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrancd with six fixed windows and 3/1 double-hung windows with metal awnings.
