This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an attached garage with a flat roof. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and
consists of a corner entrance to the side and fixed and double-hung windows
in front. The frame construction is f' in asbestos siding and
rests on a concrete foundation. a gable roof is covered with green-grey
asphalt shingles and features one rear me •a stovepipe. The axis of the
roof is perpendicular to the street.
