This detached one-story multi-family residence has an ell-shaped plan with
a shed roof awning over the front. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with fixed and casement
windows. The frame constru tion-i finished in masonite and rests on a con-
crete foundation. T able roof covered with white asphalt shingles
and features overhanging eaves. There is one metal stovepipe. Outbuildings
include a four-car garage.
