PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structurelsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached two-story multi-family residence has an irregular plan with an
enclosed double entry which has concrete steps and pipe railing. The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrancd with fixed
and 1/1 double-hung windows. There is bay window on the north side with a
shed roof. The frame construction is covered with asbestos siding and rests on
a rubble foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and
features returning eaves. There is a central brick chimney and two metal flues.
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Alterations include the
wide horizontal siding and the large rear BA-d�ffiyn. Outbuildings include a
four-car garage of asbestos siding withCa�flat ,roof.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not vielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
