This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a projecting gabled porch which has two square tapered wood columns.
The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front
entrance with double-hung windows of 6/1 or 1/1 sash arrangement. The frame
construction is finished in ashingles and rests on a concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with dark green asphalt shingles and features one
central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
Additions include a rear porch with white bevel sidi-n-q- Outbuildings include
a one-car detached garage of white shingles aandl able -oof.
