This two-story condominium has a rectangular plan with recessed entries on the first floor. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of several front entrances with fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in board-and-batten and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves. There is a diagonal wood pattern on the gable ends. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
