This detached one-story single-family residence as a rectangular plan with a metal awning over the front entry which spans the width of the building and is supported by pipe columns. The single-.bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 6/6 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features one central brick chimney.----The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
