This detached one-story double-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a flat roofed front porch on supports. The one-bay facade has a central entrance
to the main level and an off-center entrance to the basement. There are
fixed, 1/1 double-hung and sliding sash windows. The frame construction is
finished in bevel siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The hipped
roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and features one metal stovepipe.
