This detached one-story single-family residence has an irregular plan. The two-
bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with
fixed and 3/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco
with vertical wood siding in the gable ends. The structures rests .on a
concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with light pink asphalt shingle
