PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structuretsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an enclosed front porch under the main roof, entered by concrete steps and a wrought-iron- railing. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. A small three- paned window is located on the attic level on the gable end. The frame con- struction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and knee braces. There is one rear brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Alterations include the wide horizontal siding.
