This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan. The
single-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance
with fixed and casement windows and a daylight basement. The frame construction
is finished in hardboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof
is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and
an exterior brick chimney and a metal flue'--)The axis of the roof is perpendicul r
