This detached one-story single-family residence has an ell -shaped plan
with a shed-roofed enclosed front entry in the interior joint. The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with
fixed-,and 1/1-double-hung windows. There is an awning over one front window.
The frame construction is finished in stucco and° rests on a concrete founda-
tion. The roo covered with green-grown asphalt shingles and
features these ex ension to the front roof over the porch. There is a
metal stovepipe. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the street.
