This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a hipped bracketed hood over the front entry. The one-bay facade
is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance and 3/1 shuttered double-
hung windows. The frame construction if finished in stucco and rests on a
concrete foundation. The;q b� 1-�r .a is covered with green asphalt shingles
and features dormers. There is a metal stovepipe. The axis- of the roof is
parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
