This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with an -open front porch with a hipped roof supported by three wood posts
and decorative trellis on one side. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows.
The frame construction-As finished in stone and- rests on a cut stone foundation.
T ga a roof covered with cedar shingles and features dormers (gable-roofed)
and oag' g eaves. There is a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is
perpendicular to the street.

This residence property was built by local builder of many residences, Andrew
J. Svorkmoe.
