This detached one-story single family residence has a rectangular plan with
a recessed front entry under the main hipped roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetri-
cal and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 2/2 double-hung windows
The frame construction finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete
foundation. D _ppe_ d roof"s covered with grey-brown asphalt shingles and
features overhanging eaves and two metal stovepipes. The main axis of the roof
is parallel to the street.
