This one-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a 4' projecting
overhang across the storefront aluminum windows. The symmetrical facade is of
brick construction with header courses every 7th course on the east side, and
concrete block, stack bond, on the rest of the structure. The foundation is
of concrete and the roof is flat of built-up materials. It lies perpendicular
to the street. Outbuildings include a concrete block warehouse to the east.
