This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gabled roof over the main entry and a shed roof over the secondary entry on 'the side. Also a project gabled attached garage defines the front of the structure. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in white asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shingles and features eaves that become wider at the bottom. There is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Alterations include the wide horizontal siding. Outbuildings inclu ac d garage of similar materials and a small brick building wit gabled roof t may be a small rental unit in the rear. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
