This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an open front porch recessed under the corner of the gable roof. Another shed-roofed side entrance has metal supports. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows and there is one etched glass pane. The frame const t1on inished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. T gable roo covered with cedar shingles and features overhanging eaves. T one offset exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
