This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an enclosed front porch. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of
an off-center fronte entrance with a projecting arched canopy. and double-hung
6/1 and 3/1 windows: -The. frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on
a rubble foundation. The gable roof is covered with dark green asphalt shingles
and features exposed rafters and one central metal chimney. The axis of the
roof is perpendicular to the street. Alterations include the stucco siding.
Outbuildings include an attached one-car garage on the south side.
