This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an open front porch recessed under the main roof. A garage with a flat roof
is attached to the side of the structure. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consist of an offset side-facing front entrance with fixed and casement
windows. The frame construction is finishPcl i_ asbestos shingles and
rests on a concrete foundation. Th�ble rooyts covered with green asphalt
shingles and features a central brick h—�T y The axis of the roof is parallel
to the street.
