This detached two-story multi-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed open porch and recessed balcony above supported by metal pillars. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is aluminum 10" siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The flat roof covered with tan asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves.
