PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structurelsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence with elements of
the upright-and-wing style has a rectangular plan. The two-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of an offset enclosed front entrance with fixed, 1/1
double-hung, and casement windows. The fixed window on the facade has a leaded
bevel glass top section. The frame construction is finished in 'hardboard and
rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt
shingles and features boxed eaves. There is one central brick chimney. The
axis of the roof is perpendiular to the street. Alterations include the
wide horizontal siding plus two shed=roofed—a-ddtt o to the rear. Outbuildings
include a garage of novelty siding w' i a flat roof.
