This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with an open front porch with a large gable hood above. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance flanked by fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construct'finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. T[Te gable root is covered with grey-green asphalt shingles with blue-purple above t e oor. There are dormers and overhanging eaves.
