This detached one-story single- family residence has a rectangular plan with pro- jecting gable roof over the concrete front porch. There are decorative iron railings with brackets. The gable end of the porch is finished in cedar shingles. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and 211 double-hung windows with shutters. The frame construction is finished in yellow hardboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and finials.
