This deatched one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with fixed and 6/6 double-hung windows with shutters. The frame construction is finished in asbestos and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a shed-roofed dormer and overhanging eaves. There is a metal stovepipe to one side. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
