This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a recessed open front porch in the corner of a projecting gable.
There is an attached garage. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists. of an -offset glass-paned front entrance -flanked by double-hung
8/8' and 3/3 windows with shutters: The frame construction is asbestos
siding and 8" bevel siding on the gable ends an entry. The
structure rests on a concrete foundation. The fable r is covered
with green asphalt shingles and features box eaves and one central interior
metal stovepipe. The main axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
