This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with an open front stoop with a bracketed gable hood. An attached garage
(flat-roofed) is on one side. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung
windows. The frame construction is fi in 10" weatherboarding and
rests on a concrete foundation. T gable roo is covered with cedar
shingles and features boxed eaves. There is a rear brick chimney.
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
